The Brief.

To get started on your project, it's important that you provide a detailed brief outlining your commission requirements. This should include information on the size, budget, framing, subject matter, color scheme, and any specific inspiration you may have. It would also be helpful if you could provide any relevant example images, whether they relate to the subject matter or showcase my previous work that may have caught your eye. Additionally, if you have any stylistic preferences or images of where the artwork will be displayed, please do share them as it will assist me in creating the perfect piece for you. Finally, please ensure that you include your desired deadline or due date for the project.

The Quote.

After we have established a clear brief, I will provide you with a quote that outlines the details of the commission and the expected delivery timeframe. If both parties are happy to proceed, I will request a 50% deposit to begin working on your project and order the materials in. Once the work is completed, I will send it to you for approval. After you have approved the final work, the remaining 50% of the payment will be due prior to shipping or delivery.

The Painting.

As the work is coming to life, I may show progress images to ensure that the project is progressing as planned. this may not be necessary, if you have a clear idea of what you want. As we approach the final stages of the project, I'll be sending you some amazing photos for your valuable feedback. You can request any changes, if necessary. After final approval/sign-off, your work will be framed (if requested) and delivered.
